Our development arm specialises in identifying opportunities, finding prime land suitable for resorts or private villas, negotiating leasehold or freehold deals and project-managing the design and construction, all within tight timeframes to ensure maximum returns. Our management arm handles the day-to-day operations of our venues, upholding our high standards of efficiency and guest experience. Built in 2013, Villa Vedas is arguably Bali’s best finest private villa. The luxury 8-bedroom villa is an award-winning modern architecturally designed smart home. Engineered to a breathtaking 22-metre span without any supporting columns, the endless glass walls open up unobstructed views throughout the whole property and out to the ocean.

Bali Beach Glamping

Bali Beach Glamping is a stunning resort on Bali’s West Coast, with a spectacular outlook over the Indian Ocean offering breathtaking views. Located 25 minutes north of Canggu, the resort has 50 air-conditioned luxury tents, all with private ensuites, accommodating up to 120 guests in total.

Glamp Nusa

Glamp Nusa is Bali’s premier clifftop retreat. Offering exquisite dining, stunning ocean views, and luxurious amenities, all with a touch of exceptional service, the resort accommodates up to 100 guests in style.

Balangan Clifftop Resort

Scheduled for completion in 2025, the yet-to-be-named resort will be constructed on one of Bali’s last remaining stretches of prime clifftop land, above the iconic Balangan Beach. Award-winning Bali architects Ibuku have been engaged for the design, which is currently underway.

Bo Dan Coastal Resort

Currently in the feasibility stage, the Bo Dan resort will be designed to make the most of the Thailand’s natural beauty.
